Strength Now offers digital training programs and memberships delivered electronically upon purchase.

Because all products are digital and accessible immediately, we do not offer returns or refunds once access has been granted.

 

Eligibility For Returns

Due to the nature of digital content:
• there is no 30-day return window
• digital products cannot be returned once delivered
• unused access does not qualify for a refund

By completing your purchase, you agree that all sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Strength Now does not ship physical items.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or received incorrect digital access, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

All Strength Now products are non-returnable, including:
• digital training programs
• memberships
• downloadable materials
• sale items
• gift cards

 

Exchanges

Exchanges do not apply to digital products.

If you would like access to a different program or coach, a new purchase must be made.

 

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing and accessing Strength Now digital content immediately, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period as permitted under EU consumer law for digital goods.

Once access has been granted, refunds are not available.
