The NORi Powerlifting 12-Week High Frequency Advanced Program is designed for experienced lifters who excel with increased volume, intensity, and frequent exposures to the competition lifts. Built on modern powerlifting methodology, it uses higher frequency training and intelligent load management to drive long-term progress in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. NORi emphasizes strategic overload, refined technique practice, and purposeful variation to push performance while keeping fatigue under control.

Across the 12-week structure, the program blends RPE-based top sets, percentage-driven backdown work, and targeted accessories to reinforce technical efficiency and build specific strength. It can be run repeatedly for continued progress or paired with an optional final peaking phase when preparing for competition. With its high frequency approach and progression-focused design, this program provides a complete system for advanced lifters ready to unlock new levels of power and performance.

To accommodate different lifting styles and preferences, the program includes four specialized variations. Each option is built around your deadlift style (conventional or sumo) and your preferred squat frequency of two or three sessions per week.
